By purchasing tickets or passes for the Dandiyamix event through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Payment

All ticket/pass sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Payment must be made online via the payment gateway integrated on our website.
Pristine Ideas Private Limited is not responsible for any payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

2. Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment, tickets/passes will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address and other contact details.

3. Event Entry

Entry to the event is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket/pass (digital or printed).
Each ticket/pass admits one person only unless otherwise specified.
Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.

4. Event Rules and Conduct

Attendees are expected to maintain decorum and follow all event rules and instructions from event staff.
Pristine Ideas Private Limited reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the event premises for misconduct or violation of event rules.
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

In case of event cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified via email.
Refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of Pristine Ideas Private Limited.

6. Liability

Pristine Ideas Private Limited shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
